I've been on this casserole kick lately... with a busy schedule (not getting home some days until close to 6pm!) I wanted to find some easy fast casserole recipes that I could make in a day and freeze for the upcoming week. This is one that I found. We ate it last night, and it was pretty tastey. :) Definitely something I'll be making again.
